Ilmur & Sjór (Fragrance & Sea) was created in the winter of 2023 by composer and commercial fisherman Nicholas Brittain Shaber.

An obsession with natural fragrances blossomed into creation during a period of intense inspiration from the nature of Iceland.

Four fragrances were created over the next several months and the company was created to showcase the work.

What you'll find within each fragrance is fiercely Icelandic; in smell and aesthetic - as well as within the natural Icelandic ingredients themselves.
